Senior Portrait Packages

• Visual Image Photography (VIP) is the official photographer of Oak Park & River Forest High School and is honored to be a part of your senior experience.  To appear in the yearbook, all seniors must have their photo taken by VIP. Photographs from other studios or the attendance office will NOT be accepted into the yearbook. 

• Summer Portrait Packages are not a requirement. Photos taken at schedule pick-up week and make-up day can also go into the yearbook, it is your choice. 

•  Deadline to take senior portrait for yearbook 10/10/25

• Deadline to select your senior portrait for the yearbook 10/19/25

Class of '26  have  three  photo options that can apply to the yearbook:

1. This summer or VIP studios: Sign up for one of the VIP paid premier package sessions (details/options below) and choose one of these photos for the yearbook. This package option will also allow you to purchase multiple poses for your own personal use. (VIP will send you a personalized link email 5/20)

2. Schedule a senior portrait with VIP at the studios: These are PAID studio sessions. 

3. Schedule pick-up week: Take your free ID photo at schedule pick-up week with VIP and choose one of these photos for the yearbook.

• All options, you can order photos from VIP for personal use

• You will be able to pick between your summer pictures or studio session pictures and your Schedule pick-up week ID photo for the yearbook. The Portrait session photo will be the default if you do not select.  

• Be sure to make your selection by going to vipis.com before 10/19/25 or vip will make it for you.

VIP WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITH A DIRECT LINK ON 5/20/25 TO SCHEDULE YOUR SENIOR APPOINTMENT ONCE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE

If you choose not to sign up for a Premier session you may use the photo taken on your school picture day as your yearbook image. Please be sure to dress for your yearbook photo on these dates if you do not plan on doing a premier session. There is no appointment needed to do the yearbook only photo on the dates listed below.

Yearbook Only

• Only taken at your school picture day 

• 4-6 proofs to view and order from

• No session fee/ no appointment required

• Walk-in at the studios not permitted

YEARBOOK PHOTO DATES

8/7/25 - 8:00 am to 3:30 pm (class of 26 only)

Location: Student Center Lobby

8/15/25 - 7:15 am to 4:00 pm (Make up day - all)

Location: Main Gym

RETAKE DAY

9/17/25 9:15 am-4pm (Retake - all)

Location: In front of the Student Activity Center 1332

PREMIER SESSION TYPES  &  PRICES:

Deluxe

• Includes Yearbook image portion + Cap & Gown*

• Up to 4 outfits

• 100-120 proofs to view and order from

• Approx. 90 min (total)

• Beginning with 45 minute studio session followed by 45 minute on-location session (completed in succession)

• $175 session fee**

             *The cap and gown does not count as an outfit, it is provided at the studio for your Premier session.

**Your session fee for any Premier Portrait appointment is to pay for your photographer’s time and does not include any prints or packages.

Yearbook Deadlines:  

Studio Photo Shoot Deadline: VIP’s Wheeling & Lemont studios are taking appointments for full senior portrait packages. Photos may be used for the yearbook ONLY if scheduled before  October 10, 2025 Please make an appointment online at www.vipis.com 

Yearbook Photo Selection Deadline: Your photo selection must be submitted to VIP by October 19, 2025  in order to appear in the school yearbook. 

If you do not select an image, one will be selected for you by VIP.  * This date is set by the school and cannot be extended.

To Order photos & make Yearbook photo selection info: 

VIP will send all student parent/guardians an email to choose what photo you would like to go into the yearbook with a direct link, or you can go to vipis.com or call at 847-499-9300   The email will go to the parent/guardian email on file with OPRFHS.   *Please check Skyward to make sure your email is correct for the parent/guardian.
