This feedback form will be required for educators to receive their OPI Professional Development Units (PDUs) following participation in a professional learning event. The form is designed to gather meaningful feedback on the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of the session in alignment with Montana professional learning expectations. While the feedback process will officially launch when the event phase opens (anticipated November 2026), we are sharing a preview of the form now in response to requests from providers and educators who would like to see what participants will be asked to complete following an event.
