This Durable Skills and Graduate Profile resource has been developed to support Hosts and Instructors in aligning professional learning opportunities with Montana’s emphasis on district Graduate Profiles and local priorities identified through ISAPs. This resource is intended primarily for conferences, statewide events, or other professional learning opportunities where participant attendance is broad or unknown in advance, making it difficult to tailor content to a specific district’s goals and priorities.
For events or sessions serving a single district or a small group of districts, the expectation remains that Hosts and Instructors will review the individual district ISAPs and Graduate Profiles prior to planning and delivering professional learning. Sessions should be intentionally designed to reflect and support the specific priorities, durable skills, and student outcomes identified by those districts whenever possible.
