Mission of the Project
The MT Reads Grant team works with subgrantee school districts who qualify and are seeking help in improving their school literacy outcomes over a 4-year grant cycle. If you would like more information about the grant, see our webpage link here.
The resources and support awarded to these districts through this grant are specific to the Science of Reading research and evidence-based practices to provide high impact in school systems. We believe every district in Montana should have access to state developed resources and created this as a tool to support ALL Montana school districts in responding to their local literacy concerns.
This is a tool developed for districts to review curriculum to determine proficient alignment to the Science of Reading and evidence-based research.
