How to Dispatch Patrol

Please follow the steps below when dispatching a patrol to one of our homes (Full Workflow Document below)

Steps to dispatch patrol:

1. Open up the Patrol Company Contact Info document

2. Find what market the home is located in, Patrol Company Contact Info, and see the corresponding patrol dispatch email, as well as the Opendoor alias email you will be cc’ing

3. Open up another tab with Help Scout and go to the Contact mailbox

4. Compose a new email

5. “To” will be Dispatch email

6. “CC” will be Opendoor Alias email

The subject will be “Opendoor dispatch request - [address]”

7. Click the talk bubble icon with three dots to open saved replies

   1. Search “patrol” in saved replies, and select the reply that corresponds to the state of the home in NOMAD

      1. In renovation

      2. Pre-list

      3. Listed

      4. In contract

      5. Contingencies Released

8. Please go in and edit the saved reply with

   1. Address

   2. Who Reported the security issue

   3. Summary of the security issue

      1. Ex: “Customer reported suspicious persons in the home, possibly using drugs”

9. Double-check that all information is correct

10. Assign the email to Paul Wang before sending
