The Opendoor Access team provides access to Opendoor homes - via phone call or SMS. Our customers include Real Estate Agents, Potential Buyers, and Vendors as well as neighbors and law enforcement.

There are verification processes and reporting processes in place to ensure the best experience and safety of our customers and homes, you can explore them all on this site.

Important Considerations

Only verified individuals should get access to Opendoor Homes.
Only vendors are allowed to get into a property without an appointment, as long as they passed the verification process.
Every time you receive a call regarding an issue with the keypad and the rotating codes didn’t work, you should always submit visitor feedback in Admin. Regardless if you were able to provide access with the lockbox code or not.
When an agent/vendor is attempting to get into the house using the keys and these don’t work, ask them to try using the keys with the back door.
