Council Campfire: Most sites have a campfire pit for your use, but the Council Campfire pit is perfect for every Song, Skit, Cheer, and Story your group would like to perform. The concrete pad allows for a larger fire, and the two rows of benches means you can accommodate more campers!

The Dining Hall: EL Callow Hall: If you would rather someone else cook your meals while you are at camp, the Opemikon Rover Crew and Venturer Company can do just that. The Dining Hall can seat up to 280 people at once, and has a large commercial kitchen attached to it. If you wish to reserve this space outside of meal hours, please coordinate your time with the Camp Warden, Aaron Lidstone [Half day: $50.00 / $60.00].

Eagles Cliff: You can hike to this picturesque place in about an hour.

McManus Rock: Partway between the Cub Field and Eagles Cliff, McManus Rock is another stop on the hike. In the summer, it is used for Rock Climbing.

The Nature Hut: The Nature Hut is an open shelter in the Cub Field. It is usually used by groups that are camping in the Cub Field. It has several picnic tables and a metal counter for crafts, nature, or science sessions.

Parking Lots:

>The Upper Parking Lot can be found right as you pull into Camp Opemikon off of Hanna Road, next to Brownsea Field. This is where you will drop off campers and park on most occasions.

>There is also parking across Hanna Road from the Upper Parking Lot, near the Orchard.

>The Lower Parking Lot can be found down the road from the Upper Parking Lot, near Barker Lodge. The Lower Parking Lot is closed to vehicles in the winter months due to slippery conditions on the roadway.

The Bouldering Wall: A 75th Anniversary Legacy Project, a Bouldering wall installed in the Cub Flied 2013. It stands 6 feet tall and offers a great activity for kids.
