TEAM Teacher & Administrator Evaluations
TEAM Teacher & Administrator Evaluations
Every member of the certified staff participates in the TEAM evaluation process. Every teacher receives a minimum of one formal evaluation each year and a professionalism evaluation. Depending on a teacher's Level of Effectiveness (LOE), they may receive up to three formal classroom evaluations. School administrators receive two formal evaluations per year.
Walkthrough Evaluations
Walkthrough Evaluations
Walkthrough evaluations are informal and last a short period of time (15-30 minutes). These evaluations provide administrators with a "snapshot" of what is occurring in the classrooms. Every teacher participates in monthly walkthrough evaluations.
