Nintendo announced a partnership with PlayVs in May of 2021, that will have Super Smash Bros join their competitive collection for Fall of 2021, with Mario Kart Deluxe to join in 2022.
NYSCATE (New York State Computer and Technology in Education) is supporting statewide Esports through HSEL and holding a competition during their annual conference in Rochester in November of 2021.
