This program is a partnership between Western Technical College, The School District of La Crosse, and Onalaska School District
Instructors from WTC, La Crosse School District, and Onalaska School District will provide instruction throughout the courses

Meets each morning at Western Technical College in the Student Success Center Building - 426 7th St. North, La Crosse
Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 8:00 - 9:45
Wednesday: 8:00 - 10:30
Thursdays: 8:00 - 9:20
Coursework
Strengths Seminar (1 college credit)Â
This course helps students explore their strengths and how their strengths can support their success in college and beyond.
College Course of Choice or Pre-Pals course
Last year students took a variety of courses including American Government, Art History, Adobe Illustrator, Manufacturing Robotics, Race, Class, & Gender, Pre-Pals Reading/Writing, and Pre-Pals Math
Tech X - Lab Jan 20th - March 6th
Explore different skills and programs in the Information Technology Department including 3-D Printing, Welding, Horticulture, Soldering, Laser Engraving, and more
Semester long instruction on college readiness and executive functioning skills (1.5 High School Elective Credit)
The School District will pay for course materials and course fees
Transportation will be a collaborative effort between the student/family and the school district - the goal is to work towards independence - students should start their school day at WTC if possible - transportation may be available from each school if needed
The program will follow the School District of La Crosse calendar with a few exceptions (calendar attached)
Students are expected to notify instructors of absences
All completed courses earn HS grade and credit
