Through a collaborative partnership between local school districts and Western Technical College, our mission is to empower students of all abilities to transition from high school to college and achieve success in their post-secondary goals.  This partnership provides students with access to college-level learning, experiences, resources and support to help them build the skills and confidence needed for continued success beyond graduation.
