WINTER TRAINING

*Consistency is key: do not take off weeks and weeks in the winter! Make sure you're getting in the miles!

*Winter conditioning begins December 1st

*Workout days will be announced the Sunday prior to the beginning of the week. Usually, the day with the best weather will be chosen.

*Indoor track is completely optional; however, only athletes who attend/complete substantial workouts throughout the season will be allowed to compete in meets. Ask a coach if you have any questions.

*Outdoor track begins FEBRUARY 22nd!
