Dismissal Process

Download the Cogens Parent app from the App Store or the Google Play:

1. • If you have the app downloaded on your phone, make sure to UPDATE to the latest version of the app.

   • If you have an account, please make sure to update the app, please Log out, and then  "Sign in" 

   • if you don't have an account, please select "Sign Up" and follow the prompts.

Once you log in, you will find the "Pickup" prompt with your child(ren) name on the top of the page which you can click on.

The pickup request will be available at 3:30 pm.  Before 3:30 pm, you need to park and inform the coordinator, and she will help you pick up your child.

Please note that the pick up request will be active when you are 150 m away from the school.

When you send the pick up request, the counselor will send the child and the status of the child will be "Enroute"

When you pick up your child(ren) please click on "Picked Up" to confirm that your child is safe with you.
