Technology Support

Our faculty and support staff are available to provide assistance to ensure our families can continue their partnership with teachers so that students can succeed within our digital learning environments.

Please identify the area in which support is needed and follow the instructions to receive the proper assistance.

Accessing & Utilizing Online Learning Environments & Resources

Activities and assignments will require students to utilize their Google Classrooms along with accessing a variety of online resources.

Educational tools such as Dreambox and Lexia Core 5 require students to log into their accounts. We encourage families to contact their students' teachers for account information and instructions on how to best utilize the applications.

Our librarian assistants may also be contacted via email to assist with logging into reading tools such as TumbleBooks. Please contact your school's main office or click here for our directory to get contact information.

Technical Support

Technical issues strictly relating to Old Saybrook Public Schools' devices and peripherals may be addressed to the IT Department for support.

Please call 860-395-3157 ext. 5556 and provide the following information:

  • Caller's full name

  • Student's full name

  • Phone number

  • Email Address

  • Brief description of issue

As our IT Department is also supporting faculty and staff during instructional hours, please note that a phone or email response may take one or two business days depending on time received.
