See Mrs. Strobel for a copy of the Puritan Stations packet to learn more about Puritanism and to begin understanding why the Salem Witch Trials resulted in the execution of 20 Americans and the incarceration of hundreds.
We also watched Season 1, Episode 23 ("The Crucible") of Sabrina the Teenage Witch for further context of the times & hysteria.

*Really* take this time to try and grasp what was happening in the 1950s. Not only is this time period and what was happening in America interesting, but it is essential to truly understanding the deeper commentary behind “The Crucible." Have fun!
