We’re counting down the days to a fantastic conference experience—and we want to make sure you're ready for a great start!
Conference App: Watch for your welcome email. The conference mobile app and website will go live two weeks prior to the conference.
Professional Development Points: To receive your professional development points/certificate, you must add the sessions you will be attending to your agenda using the conference app (mobile or website) and check-in to the session after the presenter is finished presenting. Before the conference, go to the app (mobile or website), you will see a plus sign next to a session if it's available to add and a checkmark next to a session if it's already on your agenda. At the end of each session, you will scan a QR Code to check in. Use the conference app (mobile or website), navigate to the session, and scan the QR code. After the conference, credit will be awarded for the sessions you added to your agenda and checked in to at the conference.
Hotel Check-In: Don’t forget to bring your Tax Exempt card and a valid ID when checking in at the Embassy Suites for the Spring Conference. This helps ensure smooth billing and a quick, easy arrival.
Check-In Time: Wednesday, September 23 from 7:30 am to 8:30 am.
Where to Go: Start in the Foyer to -
Check in via the app by scanning the QR Codes located throughout the lobby, grab your conference program and vendor game
Proceed down the hall toward Oklahoma Ballroom E to pick up your lanyard and badge at the designated tables
Badges must be worn at all times—they’re your all-access pass to sessions, meals, Main Event, and prize drawings.

Wednesday Lunch: No lunch will be provided on Wednesday, but you will have plenty of time to enjoy a meal together as there are many restaurants within walking distance of/short drive from the venue.
