We have space for 31 exhibitors at our Fall Conference. Exhibit booths will be located in the breakout session hallways for optimal visibility throughout the day.

Booth Fees & Staffing

• The exhibitor booth fee is $650 and includes two booth staff.

• Additional booth staff may be added for $75 per person.

Booth Assignments & Exhibitor Portal

Booth assignments will be released one month prior to the conference. At that time, you will receive an invitation to access the Exhibitor Portal, your central hub for:

• Viewing your booth assignment

• Accessing floor plans

• Assigning booth staff

• Updating your exhibitor profile for the conference app

Booth assignments are made in the order registrations are received, with priority placement reserved for OKASBO Partners.

Conference Theme

Our 2026 theme is Lead From Who You Are. Blaze the Trail Ahead.  

We invite you to decorate your booth and dress in alignment with our western‑inspired theme. Attendees will have the opportunity to vote for the best decorated exhibit booth, and a "Best in Show" award will be presented to the winning company.

Booth Details

• Dimensions: 6' x 8'

• Provided: two chairs, one six‑foot table, one wastebasket, Wi‑Fi connection

• Wi‑Fi details will be printed in the conference program

• Electricity is provided at no additional charge

Setup Times

• Tuesday, September 22: 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

• Wednesday, September 23: 7:00 am – 7:45 am

Exhibit Hours

Wednesday, September 23  (Exhibiting is Wednesday only.)

7:45 am – 5:00 pm

We will recognize all exhibitors during the Wednesday morning General Session.

Attendee Engagement

Each Exhibitor will have 100 tickets at their booth when they set up. We ask that you give 5 tickets to those Attendees who take time to get to know you and your company during the exhibit times. Attendees will then hand in those tickets to be entered into a drawing for an iPad Air. 

Corporate & Dinner/Social Event Partners

Corporate and Dinner Partners are invited to join us for the Dinner & Social Event on Wednesday, September 23 from 6:00–9:00 pm. 

Social Event Game Partnerships include sponsoring a county fair game, and are invited to join us for the Social Event on Wednesday, September 23 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. See registration for more details.

Door prizes will be managed by your booth staff and winners announced during the Vendor Showcase at 3:30 pm for those not attending the Social Event.

Tear‑Down

• Wednesday, September 23: 5:30 pm

• Thursday, September 24: beginning at 7:00 am

Attendee List
The attendee list will be sent to our partners two weeks prior to the conference. All exhibitors will receive the list the week following the conference. Important: The attendee list may NOT be used for marketing purposes. This policy ensures the privacy and trust of all conference participants.
