Working papers are issued for students 14-18 years of age.
Parent and student may come to the District Administration Building to get the student’s working permit.
Parent must produce a legal document showing proof of age of the minor.
*Document may be a birth certificate (copy is acceptable), baptismal certificate, passport, driver’s license or an affidavit of parent or legal guardian’s signature accompanied by physician’s statement of opinion of age of the minor.*
Parent or legal guardian must appear and sign the application in the presence of the receptionist/secretary in the Administration Building.
Upon completion of the application, the permit will be issued. Per state law, the student must appear and sign the permit in the presence of the receptionist/secretary in the Administration Building. If the student is not present, the parent cannot take the permit for student to sign.
