As a Christian, faith-based microschool, we center everything we do with the Good News that Jesus changes everything! We are not directly affiliated with any specific denomination, but listed below are some of our theological beliefs that shape and form the way in which we teach scripture and affirm our students identity in Christ.
We believe the written word of God - the Holy Bible - is sacred and unchanging. We believe that God gave the written word through divine inspiration of the Holy Spirit to common men.
We believe that there is one God who exists eternally in the persons of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ became the physical representation of the Godhead for all mankind. We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, performed miracles, death on the Cross and atoning blood, burial, resurrection after 3 days, and ascension into Heaven. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the gifts, fruit, conviction, renewal, and regeneration to new life provided by the indwelling of the Spirit to those born again into God's family.
We believe in salvation through the atoning blood of Christ Jesus and that salvation is acquired through faith, confession and repentance of sin, and receiving the free gift of God through the sacrifice of Jesus.
We believe that the scripture identifies Satan as the enemy of all mankind. He is set on separating men from God by introducing deception, sin, and lies. He has maintained this tactic since the Garden of Eden and is still working with a host of demons to accomplish his mission. Eternity in hell was created only for Satan and his demons, and people who refuse and/0r do not believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe that those who confess Jesus Christ as Lord are to grow in grace, truth, and repentance. This is best accomplished through mentorship, discipleship, and peer-focused biblical community.
We believe that God created male and female in His own image, and He has a plan, purpose, and gifting for each one. We believe that God created two genders - biological male and biological female - and His children find their identity in the mirror and reflection of scripture rather than in culture. We are all born into sin with a depraved nature that can only be redeemed through the blood of Jesus Christ and the acknowledgement of our need for a Savior.
We believe that prayer is a direct line of communication to God and an important part of the life of an active follower of Jesus Christ.
We believe in serving each other in the family of faith, the less fortunate, the underprivileged and underresourced, and all who need hope, encouragement, and love as the physical representation of the hands and feet of Jesus on earth.
