O'Gorman High School has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript quickly and securely. Click this link to navigate to Parchment. Current seniors received email links inviting them to join Parchment at the start of the school year.
All current and graduate student transcript requests must be placed online via Parchment, Docusign and called/emailed requests will not be fulfilled. Students who apply for a school via Common App do not need to place an order via Parchment, the Common App requires counselors to upload them on the student's behalf.
Please note that ACT and SAT scores are not listed on OGHS transcripts. If an ACT/SAT score is required, it must be sent by the student directly to the requesting college. For more information, see the appropriate tab below.
Current students may view a free unofficial transcript via their Parchment account or the "Documents" section of Infinite Campus.
Please note that ACT and SAT scores are not listed on OGHS transcripts. If an ACT/SAT score is required, it must be sent by the student directly to the requesting college. For more information, see the appropriate tab below.
Colleges require the transcripts of the college that awarded the dual credit. The high school transcript may note that a student took a dual credit course, but it is not sufficient when attempting to transfer college credits.
Contact the college that awarded the dual credit directly to request the transcript be sent to the college the student will be attending. Below are links to order transcripts from each college:
Northern State University (College Bio)
South Dakota Mines (College Chemistry)
Dakota State University (College Computer Science Courses)
Mount Marty University (All other dual credit courses not previously listed)
