Eagle Head Patch

• Provided after 1 full season of a sport or activity. Students will receive these through the Activities Office.

Pin/Bar:

• Provided after each completed year in the OFHS Band Program. Students will receive these at the end of the school year.

Band Patch

• Seniors with 4 consecutive years in the OFHS Marching Band/Concert Band will receive a Band Patch. Students will receive these at the end of year concert.

Jazz Patch

• Seniors with 2 years in the OFHS Jazz Band will receive a Jazz Patch. Students will receive these at the end of year concert.

The John Philip Sousa Band Award

The John Philip Sousa Band Award is presented to a senior at the end of year concert who has demonstrated outstanding musicianship, leadership, dedication, and service to the school band program. The Louis Armstrong Jazz Award

The Louis Armstrong Jazz Award is a national honor that recognizes a senior at the end of year concert for outstanding achievements in jazz studies. Named after Louis Armstrong, one of America's most influential musicians, this award celebrates excellence in jazz performance, improvisation, musicianship, and character.
