Mirihi Island Resort

Named after a local flower, Mirihi Island Resort blooms all-year round amongst ribbons of turquoise and emerald green in a tranquil haven set in the fringes of the South Ari Atoll of the Maldives. Dotted with beautiful wooden bungalows that line the landscape, Mirihi Island Resort is one of the more exclusive resorts tucked away in the Maldivian archipelago, offering its guests the utter seclusion and conspicuous luxury of a private island retreat.  

Reminiscent of a scarlet sunset, we designed a custom-made sarong in hues of orange and red for the acclaimed resort in 2022, as a bespoke product that translates as a natural extension of Mirihi Island Resort’s unique brand identity and rich character. Tailor-made and crafted to perfection over the course of many discussions and exchanges of color and fabric swatches, the sarongs were made in a soft, lightweight cotton, with playful designs of the Mirihi flower decorating the airy fabric. Versatile and easy to use, the sarongs pair seamlessly with any outfit and they make for the best companion to take on any adventure.
