PopLock is a product that produces fake “pop-up” tabs when you go to connect to an unsecure network, with each one showing a different graphic demonstrating some of the risks and dangers associated with free and public WIFI's. This invites the connector to really look at and acknowledge each and every risk. However, who would invest in this? If someone does not know enough about the risks to care about them, then they would not invest in a product that harasses them to secure their network. So instead, we are marketing this product to VPN Networks. A VPN Network can purchase this product, and sponsor an institution to provide free Wi-Fi. Then, when their customers connect to their Wi-Fi, they will be prompted in the last tab to install the said VPN network. Everyone benefits from this product: VPN Networks can increase exposure and advertising, businesses can increase their customer pool by offering free Wi-Fi, and everyone will be more encouraged to secure their network, or at least be more knowledgeable about the risks thereof.
