About Me

Hi, my name is Pascual Lewis and I am a sophomore majoring in Accounting. I was born in Portland, Oregon and moved to Chesapeake, Virginia when I was 10 years old. I recently moved to Elizabeth City, NC, but I would say I grew up in Virginia because I lived their for a majority of my life and have met a lot of good friends there. At home my family owns an English Bulldog named Medusa and a cat named Poof. I am not really a fan of our cat, but my mom loves him. When I am home I enjoy reading. When I find a really good book I almost feel like I am watching a movie. One of my other hobbies is fishing. Fishing has become a passion of mine because it can be such a challenge and there is always something new to learn. Another hobby of mine is racing go-karts. I have been racing since 2015 and have had the opportunity to race in a few different states along the east coast. Both fishing and racing has given me the chance to gain friends, travel and meet a lot of different people. College hasn't given me a lot of time to enjoy my hobbies, but I know the time I am putting in will be worth it. I am excited for this class becuase Writing has never been one of my greatest skills, but after this semester I hope my writing skills and understanding of English will improve.
