The Wildcats were a gay motorcycle club that was mainly active during the 1980s and based out of Norfolk. TQHP was given a binder and yellow folder full of meeting minutes, flyers, photos, and other documents pertaining to the group's events and functions.
Most of the documents scanned and saved in the database related to the club's functions, there were lots of papers outlining club rules, riding formations, and behavior guidelines for continuing to be a member of the Wildcats. These papers give us great insight into the inner workings of a popular gay-oriented group in the area.
Like the Tom Flournoy papers, the documents for the Wildcats were scanned at ODU's Elise N. Hofheimer Art Library with their EPSON scanner. I want to give thanks to the employees of the library who helped me use the scanner and also tolerated me using it for hours at a time.
