The challenge of this issue is reflected from the idea that individuals who live with mental health issues are uncomfortable with opening up regarding their mental health due to the fact of feeling like a burden to another person(s). The problem we are trying to address is revolved around how to help individuals be more open to discussing their eating disorders, interpersonal relationships, and depression habits (as stated before).

When the problems of one is brought to the attention of others, some may relate to it some may not. If they do, they can use our resources for the betterment of themselves as that particular individual is. If they do not relate, they can still use our resources and/or tools to assist them if they ever run into a situation where they count themselves out.
