Please bring a laptop (if possible). If not, please try to bring a smart device. Most of our materials will be located online and many of our presenters will have activities that will best be experienced through the use of your own laptop.

Attendees may park for free in the 49th Street Stadium Parking Garage. The garage is locaated at 904 Bluestone Avenue. Please park on floors 3-5 ONLY, signage will be posted at each entrance of the garage directing you to the upper floors. Please DO NOT park on floors 1, 2, or the ramps between 1 and 2 or 2 and 3.

The workshop will be held at the Webb University Center on ODU's Norfolk Campus. The Webb Center is located at 1526 W 49th St, Norfolk, VA 23508.

The Springhill Suites Norfolk is located conveniently across the street from Old Dominion University. It is also close to several terrific eateries. If you are planning on staying the night before the workshop we recommend staying here. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk to the Webb Center.
