To ensure BreachWatch served real people, our team interviewed users ranging from cybersecurity professionals to individuals with no security background at all. We consistently found that non-technical users understood the threat existed but had no framework for responding to it. Those conversations directly shaped every design decision we made, from how alerts are worded to how action plans are structured.
