Managing Users

1. Go to Patients on the left sidebar.

2. Click Add Patient

3. Enter name, birthdate, gender and zip code.

4. Enter other information if you have it.

5. Scroll down and click Add Patient.

The patient will now appear in the list of Patients and can be paired to an Odessa TV Kit.

1. Go to Patients on the left sidebar.

2. Click the patient's name for whom you want to add family members.

3. Click the Family Members tab in the patient profile.

4. Click Invite Family Member, enter name and cell number.

The invited family member will receive a text message with instructions on how to download the app and set up their account.

Staff users can be added by the Odessa team.  Contact us one of three ways:
