Dashboard Features

1. Go to Patients on the left sidebar.

2. Click the patient's name that you want to visit.

3. Click Start Virtual Visit from the patient's profile.

Allow camera and microphone if prompted by your browser.

1. Go to Patients on the left sidebar.

2. Click the patient's name for whom you want to add a note.

3. Click Add Patient Note from the patient profile.

Notes can be added when resolving alerts, or when making a timelog entry.

1. Go to Patients on the left sidebar.

2. Start typing the patient's name that you want to message in the search bar.

3. When you see the patient's name appear in the list, click their name to go to their profile.

4. Click Messages from the patient's profile sub-menu.

5. Compose your message and mind the character counter.

6. Add photo, video, or YouTube link.

7. Click Send Now, or Schedule Delivery.

You can check the read status of messages after you send them.  Patients can also give you a "Thumbs up" emoji.

If the RPM module is enabled for your practice, you will have received separate instructions for operation.

1. Go to Surveys on the left sidebar.

2. Click Create New Survey.

3. Give your Survey a title.  This is for internal reference only.

4. Add your survey question and create your answer options.

5. Click Post Now or Schedule For Delivery.

Surveys are sent to all enrolled patients at the same time.
