Community partners are an invaluable aspect of experiential learning. When integrating community partners into the experiential learning cycle, either in person or virtually, we are incorporating the community in student learning, empowering students to learn more about the pathways and opportunities that exist after high school, while at the same time enriching exploration of curricular expectations, the global competencies and the Ontario Catholic School Graduate Expectations.

Created by OCTE, this resource provides a toolkit of considerations, recommendations, exemplars and ready-to-use resources for both Leaders of Experiential Learning and classroom educators to successfully recruit and integrate community partners into their experiential learning initiatives.
