We spent our week at MGI planning a middle-schoolwide exploration of identity. We planned an identity unit for each of our two Humanities courses with the intention that it would support an identity project that all students would engage in during Advisory, which would serve as the first portion of students' PLPs.

The original notes for our units are below, although when it came to actually implementing the unit, nearly everything changed! Unfortunately, we did not end up using the 5/6 unit this unit, but the lessons we learned from the 7/8 unit may inform the creation of a similar unit for our 5/6 course in the future.
