We have started to read the book Lost on a Mountain in Maine by Donn Fendler. The students will be doing a book study focusing on his journey and how he survived in the Maine wilderness.
The students have been working with place value and how to shift values based on powers of 10. We will be also multiplying and dividing whole numbers.
We have moved into the 4 Spheres of Earth and are focusing on Biosphere currently. Ask your student about their mold and decomposers.
The students have been working on geography of the world and states. They are going to be researching and presenting a project on one state each
