Oct. 22,23,24th Grade 12 Graduation Presentations Period 3 in LC 

Nov. 15 Deadline For Ordering Grad Gowns Grad Gown Form 

Nov. 21 Ontario Universities’ Info Session (virtual), 5-7pm, register online

Dec.1 St Pius X Recommended date for OUAC/OCAS submissions for scholarship applications

Jan 13-16 Grad photos (online grad booking site for our school in December - link will be emailed)

Jan. 15 OUAC Application Deadline (for equal consideration)

Feb. 1 OCAS Application Deadline (for equal consideration)

Feb. 7 Grad Fees DUE

April-May Applications Deadlines for St Pius X graduation Scholarships, Bursaries, & Awards

May 1 Deadline to ACCEPT AN OFFER IN OCAS

May 12 Grad Retreat Day

May 28 Grad Mass

May 29 All applicants shall expect a response from the Ontario Universities

End of May/Beg June Graduation Mass

June 1 Deadline to ACCEPT AN OFFER IN OUAC

June 4 Prom at the Infinity Centre

June 9, 2026

June 25, 2026 @ 11am Graduation Ceremony at Meridian Theatres at Centrepointe

Offers of Admission

Please note that ALL offers of admission are conditional and based on final marks that are sent out in July.

November/December - some offers for university and college programs will be sent out during this time

February - second round of offers (most offers) will be sent out after semester 1 final marks are completed

April/May - third round of offers will be sent out after semester 2 midterm marks are completed
