Applying for Co-op

Thanks for taking your first steps to obtaining a co-op placement. Those first steps require you to:

• • Fully complete your Application Form (personal info, job preference, etc.)

  • Submit an updated Resume – a proper resume please or you will need to do it again

  • Read thoroughly the co-op contract and have it signed by parent or guardian

  • Give your Teacher Reference Forms to 2 different teachers

Please submit your completed application form, resume and co-op contract to Room 200 – the Co-op Office.

Please be aware that our ability to obtain a placement of your choice can be affected by the length of time that it takes you to submit all the "Applying to Co-op" requirements.
