If your child has an IEP, the assessment comments for ALT pages will be on the IEP as will Term 2 expectations. Viewing IEPs in the Parent Portal
Parent/Teachers interviews will be done by request. Parents may request an interview or Teachers may request an interview. Please reach out to your child's teacher to indicate that you would like to discuss the report card.
Parents of students in Grade 3 and Grade 6 will be receiving an email about selecting their child's French program for next year. It is important to read through all information carefully so that you select the best path for your child's learning. Your child's French teacher would be able to provide you with information that will help you decide. All Grade 3 and Grade 6 parents must complete the form that will be included in the email.

This will take place on Wed, Feb. 11th at 6 pm for parents/guardians with grade 6 students moving on to grade 7 at St. Matthew High School. All of our grade 6 students are automatically transitioned to St Matthew High School; so, if your grade 6 student will not be attending St Matthew next September, please contact the office immediately and advise which school they will be attending.
Kindergarten registration for the 2026- 2027 school year began online on Jan 1st. We use these early numbers for staffing so please register during this time period instead of waiting.

FAQ: If your child currently attends Chapel Hill in any grade, you do not have to register for next year.
FAQ: Registration is not just for kindergarten. You can also register any student in any grade.
We've started a new lunch option for this upcoming week! It is too late to order for this week, but parents can order through School Cash Online before noon on Sunday for the week ahead. Tuesdays (Subway) and Thursdays (Pita Pit).

Mabel’s Labels: Who doesn't need labels to keep their children's stuff from getting lost? Mabel’s Labels has teamed up with Chapel Hill to provide 20% of your purchase as a donation to our ongoing fundraising efforts. All you have to do is go to mabelslabels.ca, search for and select "Chapel Hill Catholic School (Orleans)" from the list of schools under the "Support a Fundraiser'' tab and the school will receive a donation from that purchase.
