You may also copy your ITS in the email to helpdesk or contact them directly.
You should receive a response from someone within 48 hours, if not sooner.
Depending on the nature of the ticket your school TST or ITS will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please ensure that as much information as possible is included in the ticket.
