Our process is designed to see the real you - how you think, communicate, and solve problems. Most candidates complete it in about three weeks, moving at a pace that’s thorough, fair, and transparent.

Rejection: Honest, actionable feedback to help you improve and grow.
Reef: Additional coaching and guidance if you’re close to moving forward - an opportunity to strengthen your skills.
Lagoon: Final consideration for top candidates who have demonstrated strong potential and alignment.
Hired: Welcome to Oceans - your journey as a Diver begins, filled with growth, impact, and opportunity.
