Screenshare & Aptitude Test Prep
Our live assessments are designed to reflect real working situations - not trick questions. What matters most is how you think, not just the final answer.
Clear, structured thinking - talk us through your approach as you work on the assessment.
Attention to instructions, time management, and organisation.
Calm, professional communication in a live setting.
Explain why you’re taking a certain approach - this helps us understand your judgment and problem-solving style.
AI tools are allowed only in specific exercises and never by default.
When AI is permitted, we assess how thoughtfully you use it.
When AI is not allowed, we expect your own reasoning and originality.
Think of these sessions as a window into how you’d work day-to-day at Oceans: intentional, structured, and dependable.
STAR Method Guidance
Many of our interview questions are experience-based, and the STAR method helps you answer them clearly and confidently without overthinking. Use STAR to structure your responses so your story has direction and impact:
Briefly set the context. What was happening? Who was involved? What made the situation important or challenging?
Explain your specific responsibility. What were you accountable for in that moment?
This is the most important part. Walk us through the steps you took, how you made decisions, and why you chose that approach.
Share the outcome. What changed because of your actions? Where possible, include tangible results, learnings, or growth - even if things didn’t go perfectly.
We’re not looking for flawless stories. We’re looking for clarity, ownership, and reflection - signs that you can learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-moving, high-trust environment.
