Dance 4 Performance Production
The senior level of dance has a greater emphasis on choreography and performance. Students will explore career choices as well as researching other professional programs for future opportunities. Students continue building on the dance genres from past dance levels and are expected to strive for technical proficiency. Students will continue to be showcased in many performance opportunities throughout the year, both on and off-campus. Students are also expected to create, learn and finalize pieces for the end of the year showcase, Ocean Dance Theater. Projects include student choreography set for solos, duets and smaller groups. After school rehearsals for concerts are required throughout the year and dancers are recommended to join Ocean Dance Company or audition for Spartan Dancers.
