Jacey S.

Red and Blue

Yellow and stripes

These are the pairs of my socks now that they are gone

Where did they go? No ones seems to know

The only thing we can do is be mismatched

Till I come along and solve this sock mystery

And my resolve of this case will be known in history

I will question all suspects especially the dryer

Even though he can’t talk he may be a liar

My mom will be the second since she is the one who folds

Maybe she is the one not showing the untold

Light to their faces and questions in their brains

There is no way to do this without a little pain

The socks need to match, it is something they were made to do

I will solve this mystery like the other, the case of the missing gym shoe

I do not like tricks

I do not like liars

I like a quick fixe

And using no fire

This may not be pretty but the mystery must be no longer

I will find the missing socks that sadly went wronger

The socks will be found

And aha they were, in the deep deep underground
