Spanish Exchange (Zaragoza, Spain)
A.Y. Jackson has a long-standing partnership with Colegio Juan de Lanuza, a school in Zaragoza. Typically every second year, a group of A.Y. students host their Spanish partners in Canada in September. And then in March-April (around the Easter weekend), this same group of students visit their partners in Spain for 8-10 days.
This affiliation has even resulted in some longer exchanges for a couple of individual students.
OCDSB International Certificate Program
OCDSB International Certificate Program
A.Y. Jackson was one of first high schools in Ottawa to offer the OCDSB International Certificate Program. Students who participate in an international exchange or trip will have already completed one of the requirements for this certificate.
