Can you read 100 Books in 6 years?
The LDH 100 Books Reading Challenge invites any student to participate from the start of 7th grade through high school graduation. All reading formats and genres qualify—including free-time reads, assigned school books, audiobooks, fiction, non-fiction, and poetry—with manga and graphic novels counting as one logged book for every four completed. Every book must be a new book to the reader, you cannot read books you have read before.
To track progress, students must submit a Book Log via the Google Form after finishing each title, providing the book's title, author, a 5-star rating, and a brief 2-to-3 sentence reflection covering a favorite quote, character, plot point, or personal critique.
As readers hit key milestones along their journey, prizes will be awarded at 10, 25, 50, 75, and 100 books, with a completion certificate given at 100 books read.
