Go to the Home Screen to see books you have been assigned, your current borrowed books, notes and highlights you have made, and your recently defined words.
Use Explore to search and browse for books. You can browse by subject, collection, new titles, and most popular titles. Searches can be filtered using title, author, ISBN, format, subjects, language, audience, reading level, and date added to library.
Shelf keeps track of your current borrowed items, holds you've made, book lists you have put together, and a history record of every item you have borrowed.
Click 'Me' to view your personal reading stats - how many books you have read, how much time you have spent reading, how often you read etc. You can also change your Nickname and Profile Picture here.
This button is located in the top right corner of every page within Sora. Click on this to view your current loans and holds, as well as to adjust user settings like display and language. You can also find Help and Support from Sora here.
When browsing a collection use Filters to only view relevant materials. You can narrow the collection based on availability, popularity, relevance, format, subjects, language, audience, reading level, and date added.
This button is used to 'Unlock Collection'. Only use this feature when instructed to by a teacher. You will need an 8 digit code from your teacher to access this tool.
Use Preferences to filter all of your searches based on your personal likes and needs. By using this feature you do not need to use Filters. Preferences will be applied to all searches and collection browsing.
