Bands and Ensembles

The extra-curricular bands are a big part of the Earl of March identity.   In both the intermediate and secondary wings, our bands are well-known for their high-quality performance standards and our hard-working students.  In any given school year on the intermediate side of things, we will run two concert bands, two grade 8 jazz bands, a jazz combo, and various other small ensembles such as a sax ensembles, string ensembles, brass ensembles, or percussion ensembles.  A few grade 7 jazz bands are also formed in the last few months of the school year.

All bands are extra-curricular and take place in addition to the regular music classes.
