Current Students

Requests for any of the following documents can be made directly to the Guidance Administrator (cbguidance@ocdsb.ca). If you require CB to mail/send documentation somewhere on your behalf you must include those details in your request.

      A Principal-signed and stamped list of completed credits and grades for graduated/graduating students printed on formal letterhead (does not include incomplete/current courses)

    • Working Transcript
      An unsigned, unofficial print-out of completed credits and grades (does not include current courses)

    • Credit Counselling Summary
      A page summarizing complete and incomplete credits, up-to-date grades, community hours, OSSD prerequisites, etc.

    • Attestation Letter
      An official letter confirming your status as a full time student at Colonel By
