Course Change/Spare Request Form
Please reach out to your Guidance Counsellor BEFORE submitting a request if you have questions or concerns regarding its impact on prerequisites, graduation and/or post secondary pathways.
Please note: change requests submitted in July and August may not be processed until September and changes are not always possible.
To drop a course or make a level change for the 2026/27 school year,
a parent must email the assigned guidance counsellor.
