Throw a ball/beanbag underhand into the air and catch it.
Throw a ball/beanbag up and clap your hands as many times as you can before you catch it.
Throw a ball against the wall and catch it.
Throw a beanbag at a target, aiming to have it land on or in a target. Ex: hoola hoop, circle drawn with chalk
Throw and catch a ball/beanbag with a partner,
count how many you can do in a row.
**If you don't have a ball or a beanbag, use a pair of socks and ball them up to use for throwing.
