We have been overwhelmed with the amount of applications which we have received!!

It is clear that famillies have worked with their children at home to write applications and we love this collaboration. Thank you for your support with this and helping your children with the task of putting a job application together. 

Next week, we will interview children for the roles. 

Due to the amount of applications, not all will be successful. We wish we had enough for all! 

All pupils' work and effort will be celebrated and acknowledged. We will have waiting lists for jobs as needed.

Agency and pupil voice is important at Oaks. Pupils have the opportunity to suggest new roles to be added to this scheme, explain why they're needed and the impact on our school community. 

Children have also been suggesting ways to get 'paid' for their contibution to this scheme and we look forward to bringing their ideas to life!
