Hutt District

Lower Hutt District Maori Wardens cover the area between Rimutaka Hill and Petone offering support in the Wellington City and Suburbs alongside Te Whanganui-a-Tara Maori Wardens 

Our wardens provide all Maori Warden services within the Hutt District and have the ability to support our Te Upoko super district operations and flex our members around the motu to provide targeted support

Lower Hutt Maori Wardens are often found in their community conducting patrols of the CBD's monitoring students walking to and from local schools, monitoring crime and providing a high visibility presence around the Hutt CBD's with a target of Bunny Street and monitoring youth crime and providing intervention where required.
